Solicitud de nulidad en contra del Auto 1187/21, medio del cual cesó la verificación de cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-111/09.
Teniendo en cuenta que la anterior petición no cumple con los requisitos formales de oportunidad y carga argumentativa, de un lado, porque fue presentada de forma extemporánea y, del otro, porque el memorialista no expuso las razones por las cuales las supuestas irregularidades que denuncia vulnerarían de manera probada, significativa y transcendente el debido proceso, y tampoco explicó cuáles son las repercusiones sustanciales y directas que estas tendrían en el precitado auto o en sus efectos, se RECHAZA la nulidad invocada, al igual que la solicitud de audiencia formulada por el incidentante.
